"MY BARBARA"
That's what Shilda calls her old orphanage director. Barbara Walker has been living in Haiti for over 20 years. She is called the Rambo in the blue dress (she wears only blue dresses)! What a great woman with such a huge heart...She stayed with us for 4 days when she brought Shilda over and I couldn't get enough of her stories about Haiti. She will always be part of our family and we can't wait to see her again...hopefully soon - maybe in Haiti???

I love that Shilda calls her "My Barbara". She is very inspirational. Haiti is a sad and tragic place. :(
